Al Qudra Real Estate set to open beautiful Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi this October
Al Qudra Real Estate has announced the opening of the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi. In October, this hotel will be open to the public. At the top of the list of brands in the middle market, Holiday Inn represents one of the highest standards in hotel accommodations.
Operating the four star business hotel will be Intercontinental Hotels Group. The beautiful hotel is located right in the centre of the city and only 20 km from the Abu Dhabi International Airport. The location is simply idea for both leisure and business travelers.
With over 200 rooms, including suites and executive rooms, this hotel caters to the business visitor. There are two restaurants, a business center, a café lounge, a bar, and conference rooms. Leisure facilities, such as fitness centers, are also on property.
The Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi was built by National Projects & Construction. The project management was through QP International and landscaping was through Q-Scape. The finished hotel is one of dynamic curvilinear forms, with glass and metal surfaces. Al Quadra Real Estate believes this hotel will compliment Abu Dhabi’s development.
